“I have a genuine love for making things more efficient through technology.”
Describe your role at ICD:
As part of ICD’s global team based in the London office, I handle sales and client relationship management for institutional investors across the UK.
What do you like about working at ICD? What makes ICD a great place to work?
I love working at ICD, as it’s a continuously evolving company, and one that embraces new ideas. It truly feels like a family here. Everyone has your best interest at heart, and all are working towards the same goals.
Which three words would you use to describe ICD and why?
Attentive. ICD really is committed to providing great service. Many organisations have lost that personal touch to customer service with long waits and automated responses. Everyone at ICD goes above and beyond to provide great service – it’s part of the ethos.
Agile. ICD is agile in its technology, processes and people. This gives us the flexibility to constantly evolve with an ever-changing world, and it helps us provide a superior product.
Supportive. ICD is always supportive of personal development. Management has always provided guidance and support to ensure continuous growth as an individual.
What makes you get up each and every day to do your best here?
I have a genuine love for making things more efficient through technology. Anyone that knows me personally knows my love for gadgets and technology – my house is full of smart home gadgets! So to get up each day and work with clients and prospects to improve their processes through ICD’s technology is really fulfilling.
How has your career grown or evolved at ICD?
I originally started at ICD as an associate over 10 years ago, shortly after finishing University. From there I progressed to managing the European operations, and now I’m part of the global sales team. ICD has given me the platform to grow so much in that time.
