Pam joined ICD in 2020 and is responsible for managing operations for the Sales and New Accounts teams.  She works closely with the heads of both departments, sales reps, account executives, leadership and marketing to help implement productive communications, improve processes and create solid guidelines – all in an effort to build and serve our world-class client community. 

EXPERIENCE

Pam’s financial experience prior to ICD includes her position as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Client Services for registered investment advisor firm One Charles Private Wealth. Her management experience spans several industries, leading teams as COO and President of multimedia company Antenna Audio, President of private K-12 Sacred Heart School, and Director of Marketing for tech company MediaVue Systems.

EDUCATION

Pam holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
