By registering for the event listed in the online form (the “Event”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
1. Registration
If the Event is canceled or rescheduled, Institutional Cash Distributors LLC, Institutional Cash Distributors Ltd or ICD Europa – Empresa De Investimento, S.A. (as applicable, the “Organizer”) will transfer your registration so that it applies to the rescheduled Event.
2. Event Entry and Attendance
Entry to the Event may require a valid ticket and/or identification matching the name on the name on the Organizer’s attendee list. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with these Terms without liability.
3. Code of Conduct
Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and refrain from disruptive, illegal, or harmful behavior. Harassment, discrimination, or other offensive conduct will not be tolerated. The Organizer reserves the right to remove anyone violating these Terms without liability.
4. Health and Safety
Attendees must adhere to all health and safety protocols in place at the time of the Event, including (but not limited to) mask-wearing, social distancing, and health screenings, as applicable. Attendees assume any and all risks related to exposure to illnesses.
5. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The Organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
6. Media, Photography and Attendee Lists
By attending the Event, you grant the organizers the right to use any photos, videos, or recordings taken at the event for promotional and marketing purposes and to include your name in attendee lists that may be provided to Event sponsors. Personal photography is generally permitted; however, professional photography or filming may require prior approval.
7. Liability Waiver
The Organizer and venue are not liable for any injury, illness, or damages that may occur during the Event. The Organizer is not liable for the actions or service provided by any third-party vendors or services providers present at the Event. Attendees accept all risks associated with attending the Event.
8. Changes and Cancellations
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, lineup, or location as necessary. If the Event is canceled, registrants will be offered a ticket to a rescheduled date at the Organizer’s discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York
