Shortly after the Reserve failure in 2008, I sketched my ideas on paper for an application that would give our clients visibility into the funds they’re invested in. Once green-lighted, Sebastian and I fleshed out the scope and functionality, and it launched to tremendous reviews at the AFP Conference in 2010. I still have the sketch of the prototype in my files.”
