Dale Quantz joined ICD in 2023. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads ICD Technology LLC in Golden, Colorado. Dale and his team are focused on enhancing ICD’s next generation portal, investment reporting, developing proprietary technology and systems integration with financial institutions, ICD global partners, and treasury workstations.

Experience

Dale comes to ICD with deep experience in building High Performance Engineering Teams and Fintech products. Before joining ICD, Dale was Chief Technology Officer at PolySign where he CTO building a NYDFS regulated Digital Asset Custodian. Prior to PolySign, Dale was at Symphony.com where he was V.P. of Engineering. Over the course of his career, Dale was a Software Development Manager at Amazon where he was employee #2 at their new Silicon Valley office where he led multiple teams to build out Kindle Fire acceleration services.

Education

Dale earned his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.
