Debby joined ICD in 2010 and is responsible for decision support, gathering and analyzing information and routing inquiries to appropriate departments ensuring timely responses. On the people side, Debby works closely with HR to review organizational plans and structures to identify gaps and help manage ICD’s investments in people and align internal processes to improve efficiency throughout ICD.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining ICD Debby was an Account Manager with ASAP Advisor Services and before that she was an RFP Analyst with MWAM (now TCW).

EDUCATION

Debby earned a B.A. in Speech & Theater from Wagner College.
