Taylor joined ICD in 2023 and is responsible for client communication, onboarding new clients, and managing existing accounts.

Prior to joining ICD, Taylor worked in the tech space in client onboarding and customer success roles.

EDUCATION

Taylor earned her Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality management from the University of Central Florida.
