Tory serves as the Managing Director, Head of ICD at Tradeweb. Previously, he held Chief Executive Officer, President, COO, CFO and Head of Sales roles at ICD. Tory was responsible for building ICD’s in-house technology team, was co-inventor of ICD’s patented, award-winning exposure analytics application, Transparency Plus®, and was instrumental in the development of the company’s AI-driven cloud solution, ICD Portfolio Analytics.

Experience

Prior to joining ICD, Tory was CEO of Random/Order, an interactive television technology development company that Red Herring Magazine named one of the twenty leading startups in the digital entertainment industry. Before Random/Order, he was President and Executive Producer of Open Films, an international production company that produced television commercials for Fortune 100 companies and visual effects for feature films such as Men in Black and Courage Under Fire.

Education

Tory earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Diego State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He is a FINRA Series 28 Financial Operations Principal, holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and is an active member of the Association of Finance Professionals.
