Describe your role at ICD:
I oversee all HR functions across ICD. This can be anything related to HR from day-to-day operations, programs & initiatives, and employee lifecycle management.
Tell me about something you worked on that made you particularly proud or gratified.
I am proud to see ICD grow and to be able to contribute to that growth. I am lucky to meet every new employee that joins ICD – even if through video conferencing – and tell them about the incredible work we do here. It is also great to see new employees hit the ground running and flourish within our company.
Which three words would you use to describe ICD and why?
Innovative. One of my favorite things about ICD is how innovative we are. I have the opportunity in my role to come up with creative solutions to complex issues.
Empowering. ICD empowers its employees, not just through its embracing of innovative ideas, but also by listening to its employees and acting on feedback.
Growing. ICD is continually growing, whether it’s through new offerings or employees. It is exciting to be able to contribute to that growth.
How has your career grown or evolved at ICD?
Since joining ICD, I have obtained an HR certification and have been able to utilize my knowledge and creativity to help support the organization. ICD has given me the unique opportunity to develop even further within the HR field and the flexibility to implement innovative solutions.
Why did you join ICD?
I joined ICD because of the culture. I am an ambitious and determined individual who was drawn to the innovation and empowerment exhibited within ICD’s culture. I am happy to say that throughout my time here I have been able to learn and grow within my role.
