What can you tell us about working at ICD?
ICD is an amazing place to work. Everyone is always willing to put forth their best effort in producing an outstanding product. Teamwork is evident throughout the organization as everyone is happy to help each other find solutions. Also, we seem to attract friendly people, which makes the day-to-day interactions with coworkers that much more enjoyable.
What motivates you to do your best here every day?
One of my favorite parts of my job as Integrations Manager is that I get to work face to face with clients. Working on customized solutions for integrations makes a client’s day-to-day tasks easier, which makes them happy. It’s a great feeling to see a client happy and a great sense of accomplishment for me.
How does your prior experience make you particularly good at what you do?
I worked previously as a consultant at Deloitte, which prepared me in the best way to work with clients on different types of projects. Most importantly, clients want to feel that their concerns or questions are heard and responded to promptly.
Why did you decide to join ICD?
During the interview process, everyone raved about how much they loved working at ICD, saying it is a great place to work. This has proven to be true. ICD creates opportunities for us all to get to know each other through various social activities. I joined during Covid, and we still made time for socializing even as we worked remotely. Now that we are slowly returning to the office, it’s great to see and interact with coworkers in person. The icing on top is the fact that the Tech office is in Golden, which is also where I live. It’s great to live and work in the same town – it gives me a real sense of community.
