What is your main responsibility in the Finance department?

I manage our Business Intelligence application, which helps improve the decision-making process within our organization.

Any accomplishments of which you are particularly proud?

I worked with our R&D team to create the BI application, which has made our process of data analytics a lot more efficient. Mining the data we need for reports used to take about a day, and now it takes just a couple of minutes! Now we can spend more time analyzing the data instead of gathering it.

ICD employees rated the company as a great place to work. What do you like about working at ICD?

There are always new challenges that keep my job interesting. We are constantly thinking about ways to solve problems or to make a current processes more efficient. 

How has your career grown or evolved at ICD?

I started off as an Accounting Associate, helping with receivables and payables. My responsibilities eventually expanded to revenue recognition and assisting HR.

What would you want prospective employees to know about building a career here at ICD?

Never stop learning, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Communication is key to a successful team.
