What do you like about working at ICD?
The trading team is great to work with, and ICD is a very rewarding work environment. It is extremely busy and fast-paced, and the team works together very well to make sure everything gets done for our clients. We have team members in London, Massachusetts, Colorado and California, so there is seamless support for the clients. Everyone is focused on doing a good job and maintaining a high-level of customer service, which is critical to the success of the company.

I am committed to doing my best every day for the clients and for my team. Every day brings a new challenge or something new to learn.
Our clients do sing the praises of our trade desk. What was your experience prior to ICD that makes you particularly good at what you do now?
Prior to ICD I worked in municipal finance. It required the same work ethic and commitment to serving clients, and we developed close relationships with them. On the trading desk here, I get to do the same. I love interacting with our clients daily and making sure their needs are met.
